客戶(hù)向我買(mǎi)了一臺(tái)筆記本,收到貨后他就投訴筆記本壞了,想要退貨。我同意了(我讓他給我照片,看一下哪里出問(wèn)題了,可他就是不拍)。退回來(lái)的箱子還是原先的箱子,完好無(wú)損,可里面的東西都沒(méi)了。我真是嗶了狗了!你們說(shuō)會(huì)不會(huì)是郵局犯的錯(cuò)誤?現(xiàn)在該怎么辦才好(我還沒(méi)退錢(qián),怕買(mǎi)家提交AZ)?

跟郵局沒(méi)關(guān)系,是買(mǎi)家在騙人吧?拍一些照片,保存一下,去問(wèn)USPS/UPS的工作人員是怎么回事

跟seller support說(shuō)一下這事兒。然后再發(fā)信息跟買(mǎi)家說(shuō)你收到的是空箱子,禮貌地問(wèn)一下他是不是忘了把商品放進(jìn)去,千萬(wàn)不要指責(zé)他詐騙啊什么的。然后再說(shuō),等你收到退貨后,你會(huì)很樂(lè)意退錢(qián)給他

"Dear Buyer,
Thank you for purchasing from us on Amazon. Your (item) (description) (serial) was delivered (date) and was as described. We heard that you wanted to return it for refund, and we approved the return (date) under Amazon policy.?

你把發(fā)貨時(shí)的包裹重量和退回來(lái)的包裹重量做一下比較,不就是很明顯的證據(jù)了?他逃不掉的

樓上的方法可行。如果shipping label上沒(méi)有寫(xiě)包裹的重量信息,你可以聯(lián)系郵局,給他們tracking number,問(wèn)一下退回來(lái)的包裹重量是多少。
然后把前后的重量對(duì)比情況發(fā)給買(mǎi)家,問(wèn)他是不是不小心弄錯(cuò)了,再說(shuō)等他把產(chǎn)品退回來(lái)后你就退錢(qián)
