如何引導買家修改亞馬遜評論（Product Reviews）

Product Reviews 沒有時間限制，隨時可以修改，賣家們都相信移除1個差評勝過20個好評。

1、先請買家進入 "Your Account"?
2、請買家點擊"Product Reviews Written by You"



3、接下來，就可以看到買家之前留下過的評論了，你可以禮貌的請買家修改成五星（Edit Review），或者請他移除差評（Delete Review） 。退款、換貨，或賠償，你總是有辦法的，就算是給賣家一次改過自新的機會吧。



4、如果再快一點的話，直接用鏈接打開這條對應的評論，這個鏈接可以在SellingExpress軟件的Review模塊中找到，打開后直接就可以修改了。
